SIN

The reason we must be SAVED is because of SIN! SIN is any behavior, attitude or action that is contrary to the Word of God. If a person is not forgiven of SIN and cleansed from SIN, that person will spend eternity in hell separated from God. “but your iniquities have separated you from your God” Isaiah 59:3
“For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord” Romans 6:23

ADMIT

Every person must ADMIT his sinful condition to God! There is no one who is not a sinner by nature. We are all born sinners!
“Surely I was sinful at birth, sinful from the time my mother conceived me.”     Psalms 51:5
“For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God” Romans 3:23
“If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness”

VICTORY

Jesus won the VICTORY over SIN when He died on the cross. He paid for all SIN of all humanity for all time. Because He paid the price for SIN it is possible to be SAVED from the curse of SIN. The blood that Jesus shed was the payment necessary for us to be SAVED from SIN!
“For the Son of Man came to seek and to save what was lost” Luke 19:10
“He is the atoning sacrifice for our sins, and not only ours, but also for the sins of the whole world” I Jn. 2:2
“And the blood of Jesus, His Son, purifies us from all sin” I John 1:7

EXERCISE

If you are to be SAVED, you must EXERCISE faith, trust in the payment for SIN made by Jesus. You must EXERCISE that belief, trust, faith by accepting Him as Savior and allowing Him to be the Lord, boss of your life. It is faith, belief in Jesus and His payment for SIN that results in a person being SAVED.
“For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life” John 3:16
“For it is by Grace you have been saved, through faith and this not from yourself, it is the gift of God, not by works, so that no one can boast” Ephesians 2:8

DESTINY

If a person will EXERCISE faith in the Lord Jesus, they have a guaranteed DESTINY! Everyone who will trust the death of Jesus as payment for SIN and trust Him enough to give their life to Him will be SAVED and your DESTINY is with Jesus in heaven for all eternity.
“for everyone who calls upon the name of the Lord will be saved” Romans 10:13
